Vulcatech includes full service in every pre-built PC purchase. We ensure that our customers will get an enjoyable experience building with us including after sales. Services that are included in pre-built PC package:

– PC build with attention to detail and proper cable management

– 24/7 full customer support 

– Free 1 year labor warranty including maintenance

– Free 1 year PC cleaning limited to 3 times per year

– A Rp. 200.000.- refund if the graphics card you purchased is 1 generation behind the latest generation

Optional Services

Custom PC

Vulcatech offers a full custom PC build, base on your own preferences. You can consult with us through our website or Whatsapp. Custom PC build also includes all available services and warranties we offer. We also accept requests such as white PC build, software installation, and PC tweaks. 

Custom PC Procedure:

1. Navigate the custom PC menu from our website, Gaming PC > Custom PC

2. You will be directed to a new landing page to fill in a form

3. Fill all the required questions and submit

4. Our team will reach out to you through Whatsapp

5. Consult with our team about the PC config you desire

6. Make sure to mention all the details you want from your gaming PC

7. Once you are done with consultation, our team will send you a special link for your custom PC details 

8. Checkout your order from the link

9. Wait for the PC to be built and sent to you

VulcaPlus

Vulcatech offers a VIP service with VulcaPlus. This is a membership with a subscription fee for either 6 months or 1 year. VulcaPlus includes all of the base services plus more perks that customers will get. These perks are:

– Maintenance & service priority

– Cleaning priority

– Vulcatech exclusive merchandise

– Free graphics card trade in after being a member for 1 year

Trade In

With VulcaPlus ongoing, members are able to trade in their graphics card with Vulcatech for free. For instance, VulcaPlus members purchased pre-built PC using RTX 3060 Ti from Vulcatech, as long as the VulcaPlus membership is still ongoing after 1 year being a member, they are able to trade in their RTX 3060 Ti with the equivalent graphics card of the next generation for free (In this case they are able to trade in with RTX 4060 Ti for free). In a case where members want to trade in for a higher series of the component, they are required to pay additional charges according to the value of their old graphics card and the cost of the new graphics card.

Shipping 

Vulcatech offers several expedition options for you. We have instant delivery and same day delivery (Gojek, Grab), express expeditions 1 day delivery (JNE YES), regular expeditions 3-5 days delivery (JNE Reg, J&T, SiCepat), and cargo 3-14 days delivery (JNE Cargo, J&T Cargo). Each expeditions has their own warranty during delivery for damaged packages, missing items, or packages not delivered. We highly recommend you to include the expedition’s warranty, however it is completely optional as you need to pay extra fee for the warranty to the related expedition. 

Vulcatech will pack your gaming PC very safely, we included Instapak in our PC builds to make sure your components are in place when it arrives, we also use a box packaging and bubble wrap both in the inside and outside of the box. We highly recommend you to add the wooden packaging for extra fee to make sure the box and PC itself is safe from impact during shipment, however its totally optional. Vulcatech will send all the component boxes as well as a separate package which includes all the warranties and receipt from us. 

**Important note

We encourage you to video your gaming PC unboxing for our return warranty. If in any case you don’t have a video of your PC unboxing, we cannot give you the return warranty.

Warranties

Warranties are applied to all Vulcatech pre-built and custom PC sold after 01/08/23, and may be updated from time to time. Purchasing a PC from Vulcatech means you agree to the terms of the warranties given.

Labor Warranty

Every PC purchase with Vulcatech includes a 1-year labor warranty. This warranty is given to ensure that every PC built by Vulcatech is credible and safe. In a case where it has issues, we are ready to fix it for you without additional charges for 1 year. This warranty covers the PC only either pre-built or custom. Any other components that are not included in the PC package are not covered by this warranty (monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc).

Return Warranty

Return warranty is given for every PC build with Vulcatech. This return warranty duration is only for 2 weeks time. In a case where you found a factory defect in your PC, you are able return the faulty component to Vulcatech within 2 weeks after purchase. We will ask for your confirmation about refunding your PC or make a replacement for the faulty component.

Component Warranty

All PC components are brand new and have their own warranty according to type of component, brand, and distributor. We will inform you about each component warranty details after the purchase. 

Warranty Terms

This warranty terms are applied to all warranties we included in PC purchase. 

Repairs and maintenance are ineligible if:

– You have purchased Vulcatech PC more than 1 year without VulcaPlus

– You are no longer a member of VulcaPlus after 1 year of PC purchase

– The issue is related to third party software 

Returns are ineligible if:

– You do not enclose any purchasing details from Vulcatech (Invoice and e-mail)

– Issues caused by accident, unauthorized repair, misapplication or any modification which leads to harming your PC

– Issues are not caused by factory defect of the PC component

Component Warranties are ineligible if:

– Warranty duration is over

– You do not enclose the purchasing invoice

– You lost or deform the packaging of each component

Warranty Exclusions

These warranties does not cover issues caused by:

– Wear and tear of normal use

– Unaoutharized repair, modifications, misappliaction, or accident

– Removal of serial number or labels

– Connection to a new power supply which causing other components to fail

– Other causes which is not related to product defect or faulty hardware

Warranty Claiming Procedure

In order for you to claim our warranties, we extremely encourage you to keep all purchasing details both physical invoice and email.

Labor Warranty Procedure

To claim a labor warranty you need to make a report in our website or contact us directly through Whatsapp. We will require the purchasing details, so make sure to enclose them with your report. 

1. Make an issue report in our website or contact us the issue directly through Whatsapp

2. Explain all the issue details to our team

3. Enclose any videos or photos required by our team

4. Schedule a phone call if necessary

5. Our team will inform you what might be the cause of the issue

6. Our team will try to troubleshoot remotely by your assistance

7. If the issue presist, we will require you to send your PC to our shop for a repair

Return Warranty Procedure

To claim a return warranty you need to make a report in our website or contact us directly through Whatsapp. We will require the purchasing details, so make sure to enclose them with your report.

2. Explain all the issue details to our team

3. Enclose any videos or photos required by our team

4. Schedule a phone call if necessary

5. Our team will inform you what might be the cause of the issue

6. Our team will try to troubleshoot remotely by your assistance

7. If the issue presist, we will require you to send your PC to our shop for further troubleshooting

8. If the issue is caused by a factory defect, we will ask your confirmation for a money refund or component replacement

9. If the issue is NOT caused by a factory defect, we cannot accept your PC return, instead we will try to fix the issue in our shop

Component Warranty Procedure

To claim a component warranty you need to make a report in our website or contact us directly through Whatsapp. We will require the purchasing details, so make sure to enclose them with your report. 

1. Make an issue report in our website or contact us the issue directly through Whatsapp

2. Explain all the issue details to our team

3. Enclose any videos or photos required by our team

4. Schedule a phone call if necessary

5. Our team will inform you about the component warranty details

6. If the issue is still under the component warranty’s terms and condition, we will require you to send us your PC and help to claim your warranty to the related service center

7. If the issue is not covered by the component warranty, we cannot help to claim your warranty, instead we advise you to send us your PC for a repair.
